Return Eligibility for Personalised Items

We regret to inform you that personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are customised according to your specifications and cannot be resold to other customers. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for personalised products unless they arrive defective or damaged. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind.

Damaged or Defective Personalised Items

In the rare event that you receive a personalised item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work closely with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances. To facilitate the process, please provide detailed information and, if possible, attach supporting photos.

Return Policy for Non Personalised Items

For non personalised items, our standard return policy applies. You may return eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
